全科医学专业学位研究生培养现状研究及建议

摘　　要：随着健康中国战略的提出,人们对医疗保健的需求不断增加,因此全科医生队伍的培养也愈发重要。全科医学专业学位研究生作为高素质全科医生的储备力量,其教育对居民健康、全科人才结构、学科发展有重要意义。全科医学研究生教育历程较短,经过数年的发展和探索,研究生招生规模及生源质量不断提高,导师数量不断增加,培养模式也逐渐完善。但是过程中仍存在导师队伍同质性欠佳、缺乏统一的培养模式和管理制度、社区实践能力不足等问题。基于这些问题文章提出了加强导师队伍建设、规范培养模式及管理制度、加强职业定位等建议,以期促进全科医学的持续发展。With the proposal of Health China strategy, people’s demand for health care is increasing, so the training of general practitioners is becoming more and more important. As the reserve force of high-quality general practitioners, the education of graduate students majoring in general medicine is of great significance to the health of residents, the structure of general practitioners and the development of disciplines. The progress of postgraduate education in general medicine is relatively short. After several years of development, the enrollment scale and source quality have been continuously improved. The number of tutors is increasing, and the training mode is improving. But there are some problems, such as the poor homogeneity of tutors, the lack of a unified management system, and the lack of community practical ability. In order to promote the sustainable development of general practice, we put forward measures such as strengthening the construction of tutor team, standardizing the training mode and management system, and strengthening professional orientation.
