摘  要:医患关系教育是贯穿肾内科临床教学工作全程的重要内容。医患沟通伴随各项医疗活动,随着当今社会全民法律意识的全面提高,医患沟通教育在临床教学中的重要性日益突显。临床医学教育从桥梁课程如诊断学的学习阶段学生正式接触患者及家属。肾内科慢性疾病患者合并较多心理问题、桥梁课程学习阶段学生基础知识、人文认知相对较为缺乏、且目前我国对于医患关系在肾内科桥梁课程教学阶段暂缺乏成熟的培养模式,因此,教学效率也因学校、因人而异。做好此阶段医患沟通技巧的教学需要从教师、学生素质、教学模式及评价系统等各个方面不断改进才能培养出有医患沟通能力,尤其是在教学模式上不断改进能适应肾内科医疗环境的优秀医师。Doctor-patient relationship education is one vital content in the whole nephrology bridge courses study. Doctor-patient communication accompanies with various medical activities, its importance in clinical medicine education increases prominently as universal legal consciousness arises in today’s society. Cinical students formally communicates with patients from bridge courses study like Diagnostics. Nephrology dept chronic disease patients have high rate to bear psychological problems;students in bridge courses study steps comparably has less professional knowledge and humanistic cognition;we lack mature cultivation models in these courses. Based on the above three aspects, the education efficacy varies in different universities and individuals. To effectively improve doctor-patient communication education in nephrology bridge courses, teachers and students quality, education models and evaluation system should all be improved simultaneously, especially we should continuously improve education models to cultivate clinical students adaptive to nephrology department.
