摘　　要：打造中医标准学教学团队契合国家中医药标准化的发展战略,有助于培养中医药标准化人才、推进中医药标准化建设、促进中医药的国际传播。辽宁中医药大学率先在国内高校中开展中医标准学教学团队建设,打造出一支以教研室建设为基础、以学科建设为引领、科研与教学相结合、具有优势特色的中医标准化教学团队,探索出一条优秀团队的建设路径,为高校中医标准学教学团队建设提供思路和方法。Constructing a TCM standardization teaching team is in accordance with the national development strategy of TCM standardization,the team helps to cultivate TCM standardization talents,promote the standardization and international communication of TCM.Guided by discipline construction and combined with scientific research and teaching,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine took the lead in the construction of TCM standardization teaching team in domestic universities,and built a TCM standardization teaching team with advantages and characteristics based on the construction of a teaching and research section.The construction experience of the team provides ideas and methods for the building of TCM standardization teaching team in colleges and universities.
