参与式教学法在高职混合班级教育教学中的应用探究

摘　　要：参与式教学方式将教学中的学习者作为学习的主人,而非是被动接受者。在学生的学习过程中让学生可以确立自身的主体地位,投入到实际的学习中去,提升整体教学效果,最终实现培养人才目标。分析了当前高职单招与统招混合编班学生的特点,总结了参与式教学法的具体原理和特点,进而提出了这一教学方式在实际高职教育教学中的具体应用和后续完善的方向。Participatory teaching approach regards learners as masters of learning rather than passive receivers.In the process of learning,students can establish their own dominant position,invest in actual learning,improve the overall teaching effect,and ultimately achieve the goal of training talents.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the mixed class students in the higher vocational colleges,summarizes the concrete principles and characteristics of the participatory teaching method,and puts forward the specific application of the teaching method in the practical higher vocational education and the direction for further improvement.
