摘 要:目的了解陕西省市售蔬菜中杀菌剂类农药残留的污染状况,为蔬菜生产、监管、标准修订以及风险评估提供实验依据。方法2018年3月和2018年9月,于陕西省10个地市分别随机采集9种130份蔬菜样品,按照《2018年国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》规定的标准程序检测11种杀菌剂类农药。结果农药检出率超过50.00%的有豇豆、西红柿、芹菜和香菜,检出率分别为80%、73.33%、72.22%和61.54%,检出率较高的杀菌剂类农药有苯醚甲环唑、多菌灵、烯酰吗啉和戊唑酮,分别为24.62%、23.08%、23.08%和16.15%。在时空方面,农药检出率秋季高于春季,且整体检出率依次按陕北、关中和陕南地区降低。单种蔬菜中存在多重残留,含有两种以上农药残留的占比34.58%。结论陕西省市售蔬菜有一定程度的杀菌剂类农药残留,应继续采取有效措施加强监督和检测。Objective The aim of this study was to understand the pollution status of fungicide pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Shaanxi province,and provide experimental basis for vegetable production,supervision,standard revision and risk assessment.Methods Nine kinds of 130 vegetable samples were randomly collected from 10 cities in Shaanxi province from March 2018 to September 2018.11 kinds of fungicides were tested according to the standard procedure specified in the 2018 National Food Pollution and Hazardous Factors Risk Monitoring Manual.Results The detection rates of pesticides over 50%were found in cowpeas,tomatoes,celery and parsley.The detection rates were 80%,73.33%,72.22%and 61.54%,respectively.The detection rates of difenoconazole,carbendazim,dimethomorph and tebuconazole were 24.62%,23.08%,23.08%and 16.15%,respectively.The detection rate of pesticides was higher in autumn than in spring,and the overall detection rate of pesticides was reduced in the order of northern Shaanxi,Guanzhong and southern Shaanxi.There were multiple residues in single vegetable,which accounted for 34.58%of two or more pesticide residues.Conclusion There was a certain degree of fungicides residues contamination in vegetables sold in Shaanxi province,effective supervision and inspection should be taken by related departments.
