摘 要:为选育出更多适于寒区生产的草菇菌株,从6个草菇生产省引进了25株草菇(Volvariella volvace)菌株,利用表观形态与ISSR分子标记相结合技术对不同来源的草菇菌株进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,利用c PDA培养基,在30℃恒温培养条件下,依据草菇的表观形态将25个供试草菇菌株划分成4个组群。利用ISSR分子标记聚类分析,相似水平在0.90时可将25个供试草菇菌株细分为8个组群。18号菌株在2种鉴别方法上的归类有差异,有待于栽培农艺性状进一步验证。In order to select more strains of Volvariella volvacea suitable for production in cold regions, 25 V. volvace strains were introduced from 6 provinces. The genetic diversity of 25 V. volvacea strains from different sources was evaluated by apparent morphology compared with ISSR molecular markers. The results indicated that 25 strains were divided into 4 groups according to the apparent morphology of V. volvacea on c PDA medium under the condition of constant temperature culture at30℃. Twenty-five strains of V. volvacea were divided into 8 groups at the similarity level of 0.90 by ISSR molecular marker cluster analysis. The classification of strain 18 is different using two identification methods, which needs further verification of a-gronomic traits.
