摘　　要：研究采用文献分析法和问卷调查法,分析知识共享对战略联盟绩效的影响。通过归纳总结大量国内外文献,建立知识共享对战略联盟绩效影响模型,并在欧盟50家制造企业中进行了问卷调查。应用SPSS软件对数据进行了信度效度分析,并通过相关分析和回归分析对假设进行检验。回归分析的结果表明:自变量联盟之间的信任、知识共享隐含性和知识相关性对联盟绩效有重大影响;控制变量中学习和联盟经验对联盟绩效有影响。This paper aims to analyze the impact of knowledge sharing on strategic alliance performance. The main research methods are literature analysis and questionnaire survey. First of all,by summarizing a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this paper established a model of the impact of knowledge sharing on the performance of strategic alliance,and then conducted a questionnaire survey among 50 manufacturing enterprises in the EU. Then,SPSS software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,and the hypothesis was tested by correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results of regression analysis show that: trust,knowledge sharing implicitness and knowledge relevance have a significant impact on alliance performance;learning and alliance experience have influence on alliance performance.
