摘 要:目的了解2018年甘肃省市售果蔬农产品中DTCs农药残留情况,为市场监管部门制定政策法规提供科学依据。方法按采样要求选择有代表性的果蔬农产品共计281份,严格按照植物性样品中DTCs类农药残留量测定的标准操作程序(溶剂解析-气质联用法)进行测定,所有数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果本次共检测281份样品,分春、秋2个批次,其中春季检测133份,DTCs检出78份,检出率为58.65%(78/133);秋季共检测样品148份,DTCs检出46份,检出率为31.08%(46/148)。按样品种类不同,蔬菜的总检出率[55.10%(54/98)]较水果[37.00%(37/100)]和食用菌[39.76%(33/83)]高(χ^2=7.490,P<0.05)。结论2018年甘肃省市售果蔬农产品中DTCs农药残留均有检出,蔬菜检出率较水果跟食用菌高,虽未超出国家标准限值,但仍需持续加大监测力度,有必要对其安全性做出风险评估。Objective In order to provide scientific basis for the formulation of policies and regulations formulated by the market supervision department,the pesticide residues of DTCs in commercially available fruits and vegetables was investigated in Gansu Province in 2018.Methods A total of 281 representative fruits and vegetable products samples were selected according to the sampling requirements,which DTCs pesticide residues were determined by the standard operating procedures(solvent parsing-temperament combination).All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0.Results A total of 281 samples were detected,divided into two batches in spring and autumn,of which 133 were detected in spring,DTCs were detected in 78 cases,the detection rate was 58.65%(78/133);148 samples were detected in autumn,DTCs were detected in 46 cases,and the yield was 31.08%(46/148).According to different types of samples,the total detection rate of vegetables was 55.10%(54/98),higher than that of fruits 37.00%(37/100),and the detection rate of edible fungi was 39.76%(33/83)(χ^2=7.490,P<0.05).Conclusion In 2018,DTCs pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable products sold in Gansu Province were detected.The detection rate of vegetables was higher than that of fruits and edible fungi.Although it did not exceed the national standard limit,it is still needed to continue to strengthen the monitoring and conduct risk assessment.
