校企合作中双导师联合培养创新型研究生的机制研究

摘　　要：本文主要总结了目前国内各大学的研究生产学研联合培养方法,阐述太原科技大学焊接技术与工程专业全日制研究生的双导师负责机制下的产学研联合培养模式,对研究生工作站管理制度、双导师制、课题组的组建和选题、进站研究生的实习安排和管理、工作和生活保障等方面进行深入探讨,针对其运行过程中可能出现的问题提出合理化的建议。The methods of industry-academic collaboration in domestic universities at present are mainly summarized in this paper,The model of industry-academic collaboration under the dual tutor responsibility mechanism for postgraduates of welding technology and engineering major in Taiyuan University of Science and Technology is elaborated.The postgraduate workstation has been established.There are many management system and the dual tutor system of postgraduate workstation.Postgraduates can enter the workstation for internship.This paper is trying to do some reasonable suggestions for possible problem.
