质量管理学视角下教材管理效能的提升

摘　　要：教材管理效能涉及教材管理的有效性,指教材管理所达成预期目标或实现预期影响的程度,以及达成目标的方式或过程的有效性。质量管理学是关于质量管理的科学,基于质量管理学视角对我国教材管理工作进行审视具有很强的可行性和必要性。应加强教材质量管理的理论研究,重视教材管理效果评估,进一步完善教材管理制度,从而明确教材管理基本原则、提高决策过程科学性、建立完善的信息反馈机制等。The textbook management efficiency involves the effectiveness of textbook management,which refers to the degree of which the textbook management achieves the expected goal or the expected impact,and the effectiveness of the way or process to achieve the goal.The science of quality management is a type/kind of science dealing with the quality control.It is feasible and necessary to review the management of textbooks in China from the perspective of the science of quality management.We should strengthen the theoretical research of textbook quality management,emphasize the evaluation of textbook management,and further improve the textbook management system,thus to clarify the basic principles of textbook management,raise the scientificity of decision-making process,and establish a sound information feedback mechanism.
