摘  要:目的研究加强人为管理的微信教学模式运用于临床护理实习生带教中的意义,为对护理人员教学方法做出参考。方法选取100名临床护理实习学生作为本次研究的对象,将以上学生分为对照组与观察组。在对临床护理实习生带教的授课模式中,观察组是采用的加强人为管理的微信教学模式的方法。对照组则是采用了传统临床带教模式的方法,即由老师直接教授课程内容。对比分析两组不同临床带教模式的学生的教学满意度及出科测评成绩水平。结果研究发现应用加强人为管理的微信教学模式的学生对临床带教的满意程度明显高于传统临床带教模式的同学,加强人为管理的微信教学模式的学生出科测评成绩也明显高于应用传统临床带教模式的同学,对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论加强人为管理的微信教学模式在临床护生带教中有助于增加学生学习积极性,提高学生成绩。Objective to study significance of wechat teaching mode of strengthening human management in clinical nursing internship teaching,to provide reference for nursing staff teaching methods.Methods choose 100 cases clinical nursing students as study objects.Divide them into control group and observation group.For teaching mode of clinical nursing interns,observation group receieved wechat teaching mode of strengthening human management,and control group receieved traditional clinical teaching mode,that is,teachers taught course content directly.Compare and analyze results of teaching satisfaction and assessment results of two groups with different clinical teaching modes.Results study showed students receieve wechat teaching mode with strengthening human management had significantly higher satisfation with clinical teaching than students with traditional clinical teaching mode,and assessment results of subjects with wechat teaching mode of strengthening human management were significantly higher than thos with traditional clinical teaching mode,comparison showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion wechat teaching mode with strengthening human management is helpful to increase learning enthusiasm and improve performance of students in clinical nursing teaching.
