摘　　要：本文研判了我国应急管理体系中的公示语译写研究与规范建设现状;借鉴世界发达国家应急管理体系中的应急预警公示语、应急控制公示语、应急处置公示语、应急防范公示语、应急核心区管理公示语、应急外围区管理公示语的体系化、规范化应用实例揭示了我国应急管理体系中公示语译写规范建设仍是目前制约应急管理体系和能力效益发挥的短板;作者强调强化国家治理,参与全球治理,我国应急管理体系中的公示语译写规范建设势在必行。This paper studies the status quo of public signs translation research and standards construction in China’s emergency management system,and reveals that developing the guideline for translation of public signs in emergency management system of China is still the drawback in current emergency management system and its capability exertion by cases and examples of public signs of emergency warning,emergency control,emergency management and emergency prevention in national emergency management system in developed countries.It emphasizes that a standardized and systematic guideline for the translation of public signs in national emergency management system must be established for strengthening national governance and participating in global governance.
