摘 要:为掌握苹果中微量元素含量情况,选取洛川苹果为样品,以体积比为4∶1的浓硝酸和高氯酸的混合体系对样品进行硝解,采用原子吸收光谱法测定洛川苹果果皮和果肉中Ca、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Mg 6种微量元素的含量。结果表明:洛川苹果果皮和果肉中6种微量元素含量较高,且苹果果皮的微量元素均大于苹果果肉。该方法的标准回归曲线的线性相关系数在0.994 6~0.999 2之间,检出限在0.003 7~0.082 mg/L之间,相对标准偏差(N=11)在0.52%~2.96%之间,样品的加标回收率在92.56%~106.45%之间。该方法操作简单,具有良好的精密度和准确度,对洛川苹果的合理食用及进一步开发利用提供了可靠的依据。In order to know the content of trace elements in apples, Luochuan apples were selected as samples. The samples were digested by HNO3-HCl O4 with a proportion of 4︰1(Concentrated HNO3︰HCl O4=4︰1, volume ratio), and the trace elements of Ca, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe and Mg in the apple of Luochuan areas were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The experimental results showed that the contents of six trace elements in peel and pulp of Luochuan apple were higher, and the contents of trace elements in the peel of Luochuan apple were higher than those in the pulp of apple. The standard regression curve of the linear correlation coefficient was between 0.994 6 and 0.999 2, the detection limit was between 0.003 7 mg/L and 0.082 mg/L, the relative standard deviation(N=11) was between 0.52% and 2.96%, and the recovery of the samples between 92.56% and 106.45%. The atomic absorption spectrometry method had simple instrument and easy satisfactory results. It provided a reliable basis for rational consumption and further development and utilization of Luochuan apple.
