摘　　要：目的探讨继续医学教育从业人员在职培训的方法及效果,旨在寻找一种有效的培训模式,以提高培训效果,提升在职继续医学教育从业人员的专业水平。方法选取医院2018年7月—2018年12月参加继续医学教育的28名在职护士,纳入对照组,对其进行传统培训;另选取医院2019年1月—2019年6月参加继续医学教育的30名在职护士,纳入观察组,对其进行规范化培训;对比两组护士培训后的考核成绩、培训效果、核心能力及其对培训模式的认可度。结果观察组护士的考核成绩高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护士的培训效果优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护士的CIRN各维度评分高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护士对培训模式的认可度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论规范化培训在继续医学教育从业人员在职培训中的应用效果显著,可明显提高在职护士的考核成绩、培训效果、核心能力及其对培训模式的认可度。Objective To explore the methods and effects of on-the-job training for continuing medical education practitioners,aiming to find an effective training model to improve the training effect and improve the professional level of on-the-job continuing medical education practitioners.Methods Twenty-eight in-service nurses who participated in continuing medical education from July to December 2018 were enrolled in the hospital and were trained in traditional training.Another 30 in-service nurses who participated in continuing medical education from January to June 2019 were selected.Incorporate into the observation group and conduct standardized training;compare the assessment results,training effects,core competencies and recognition of the training models of the two groups of nurses.Results The scores of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The training effect of the nurses in the observation group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of the CIRNs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The recognition of the training mode by the group nurses was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Standardized training has a significant effect on the on-the-job training of continuing medical education practitioners.It can significantly improve the assessment results,training effects,core competencies and recognition of training models of in-service nurses.It is worthy of implementation.
