师德师风建设在高校的实践与启示

摘　　要：师德师风是高校高素质教师队伍建设的第一标准。党的十九大报告着重强调要加强师德师风建设,培养高素质教师队伍。如何使教师“不忘初心,牢记使命”,从国家发展和民族振兴的高度,以德施教,是高校面临的重大课题,而树立良好的师德师风是教师队伍建设中的首要任务,因此高校必须重视师德师风建设,回归教师本位,提升师者魅力,从而促进自身的健康持续发展。本文从加强师德师风建设对于双一流高校建设的重要意义出发,对目前高校青年教师的师德师风现状进行分析,总结学校在青年教师培养过程中师德师风建设过程的经验,探究高校青年教师师德师风建设的途径。Teacher’s morality is the first standard for the construction of high-quality teachers in colleges and universities.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the need to strengthen the construction of teachers’morality and the cultivation of highquality teachers.How to make teachers“not forget the original heart,bear in mind the mission”,from the height of national development and national rejuvenation,teaching with morality is a major issue facing colleges and universities,and establishing a good teacher-teacher style is the primary task in the construction of teachers.Therefore,colleges and universities must attach importance to the construction of teachers’morality and style,return to the teacher's standard,and enhance the charm of the teachers,thus promoting their own healthy and sustainable development.Based on the importance of strengthening the construction of teachers’morality and style for the construction of double first-class colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the current situation of teachers’morality and style in young colleges and universities,and summarizes the experience of our school in the process of building young teachers.Exploring the ways of building young teachers'morality and teaching style in colleges and universities.
