摘 要:木质纤维素作为一种廉价的新型可再生能源,在生物质燃料和高附加值产品领域已成为当今研究的一大热点。纤维素酶是一种将木质纤维素能源化的关键酶,但其利用率受到酶活力低及木质纤维素复杂结构的限制。因此,研究者们通过诸多方式提高纤维素酶的活力,进而提高其对木质纤维素的转化效率。文中对近年来里氏木霉产纤维素酶的不溶性诱导物--木质纤维素的相关研究进行了阐述与讨论,同时还综述了提高木质纤维素酶解糖化效率的途径,如木质纤维素的预处理、纤维素酶复配和混菌发酵及现场生产纤维素酶等,为更好利用木质纤维素并降低酶的生产成本提供参考。Lignocellulose is a kind of cheap and new renewable biomass energy,which has become a hot spot of researches in biomass fuel and high value-added products.Cellulase is the key enzyme for lignocellulose conversion.However,the utilization of cellulase is limited by both the low enzyme activity and the complex structure of lignocellulose.An efficient strategy to improve the conversion of lignocellulose is to increase the activity of cellulase.In this paper,the inducement of lignocellulose on cellulase production by Trichoderma reesei is mainly described.Different ways of improving the saccharification efficiency of lignocellulose are also reviewed,such as the pretreatment of lignocellulose,the mixture of different cellulase,the co-culture of several cellulase-producing microorganisms,and the production of cellulase on the site.The overview of these researches provides reference for utilizing lignocellulose and reducing the cost of producing enzyme.
