摘　　要：思想政治工作关系到立德树人根本任务的实现，思政工作者是从事大学生思想政治工作的主要力量。面对当前高校思政队伍建设存在的问题，加紧落实立德树人根本任务，突出思政工作事关育人全局的地位，统筹兼顾总体数量质量，打造有理想有能力有品格的工作队伍，内外并举推进身份认同，创设主观肯定外部尊重的工作软环境，创新引领工作方式方法，突破人员局限形成思政工作有益补充的四举措整体全面推进的工作思路，增强高校思政工作开展的有效性。Ideological and political work matters the realization of the fundamental task-strengthening moral education and cultivating people.Ideological and political educators are the main force in the ideological and political work for college students.Facing the current problems existing in college ideological and political construction,the following countermeasures are suggested:making more efforts to implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,highlighting the function of ideological and political work-concerning the overall situation of education,taking overall consideration of the general quality and quantity,building the teaching staff with the ideal,the ability and the character,promoting identity both internally and externally,creating the soft working environment of subjective affirmation and external respects,innovating working methods,breaking through personnel limitations,forming the working idea of useful supplements with four steps for the overall comprehensive advancement,and enhancing the effectiveness of college ideological and political work.
