摘 要:目的本文探讨分析临床思辨能力培养在内分泌科临床教学中实施对教学质量的提升情况。方法选取2017年8月至2019年6月期间在我院内分泌科实习的学生60例,分组方法为:随机数字表法。接受常规教学的为对照组(30例),接受临床思辨能力培养教学的为观察组(30例),比较两组学生对教学质量的评分情况。结果学习后,观察组学生的理论联系实际能力、人际沟通能力、归纳总结能力、临床思维能力、自主学习能力、学习效率以及学习兴趣均显著高于对照组的,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生的理论知识成绩以及临床技能成绩均显著高于对照组的,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对内分泌科实习的学生的教学过程中应用临床思辨能力培养法可显著提高带教质量,有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore and analyze the improvement of clinical critical thinking ability in clinical teaching of endocrinology.Methods 60 interns of endocrinology in our hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were selected and grouped by random number table method.The control group(30 cases)received routine teaching and the observation group(30 cases)received clinical speculative ability training.The scores of teaching quality between the two groups were compared.Results After learning,the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in theory-practice ability,interpersonal communication ability,induction and summary ability,clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,learning efficiency and learning interest(P<0.05);the students in the observation group were significantly higher in theoretical knowledge achievement and prognosis(P<0.05).The scores of bed skills were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical speculative ability training in the teaching process of interns in endocrinology can significantly improve the quality of teaching and has a higher application value.
