摘 要:继承人成长模式是目前中国家族企业理论和实践的热门议题,也是保障和提高家族企业跨代持续发展的首要问题。在家族企业传承和转型的关键时期,作为创业的主力军,家族企业海归继承人的多元文化经历和文化框架转换为其创业学习过程提供了独特资源和路径,本文基于文化心理学的动态建构主义视角,以6个家族企业的海归继承人为研究对象,采用探索性多案例研究方法,通过扎根理论的数据处理程序提炼基于文化框架转换的海归继承人创业学习关键过程要素,包括海外获取性创业学习、创业动机促发、实验性创业学习(直觉和编译创业学习)3个创业学习阶段中,文化构念网络可用性、通达性和情境适用性的构建策略及其与创业学习过程的互动协同机制,试图在家族企业传承背景下构建基于文化框架转换的家族企业海归继承人创业学习过程理论模型,从文化心理学视角解读文化框架转换对家族企业海归继承人创业学习方式、路径选择和创业能力形成的微观作用机制,为家族企业海归继承人这一独特创业群体的成长提供富有前景的答案,为家族企业传承和跨代创业提供启迪和借鉴。Currently,the successors’ growth model is an essential topic in the theoretical and practical fields of family businesses in China, and it is also the primary issue for ensuring and improving the sustainable development of family businesses across generations. In the critical period of succession and transformation, as the main force of entrepreneurship, the returned successors’ multi-cultural experience and cultural frame switch(CFS)provide unique resources and paths for their entrepreneurial learning. Whether culture can form a meaning system to help the returned successors explain and respond to cultural clues, and guide individuals’ cognition and behaviors in the entrepreneurial,which is the key to help family businesses break path dependence and realize family resource reorganization and renewal. Based on a dynamic constructivist perspective of cultural psychology, this paper takes the returned successors of six family businesses as the research objects, and adopts an exploratory multi-case study method to refine the key factors in the processes of entrepreneurial learning based on CFS through data processing procedures of grounded theory, in order to explore the micro-mechanism of CFS on the formation of the returned successors’ entrepreneurial learning methods, path selection and entrepreneurial ability, and try to answer: what kinds of multicultural experience can family successors gain entrepreneurial potential? How does the family succession situation activate the cultural frame of the returned successors and promote entrepreneurial motivation? How do CFS and entrepreneurial learning process co-evolve? How can the returned successors acquire special entrepreneurial ability in the process of entrepreneurial learning?The research finds that:(1)the entrepreneurial nurturing and stimulating factors in family businesses often work together, which are the catalysts for the returned successors to grow into bicultural individuals and start experimental entrepreneurship learning.(2)Driven by entrepreneur
