摘  要:课程思政是高校坚持立德树人这一根本任务的重要途径,高职教育作为高等教育的一个类型,其首要任务是培养高素质的技术技能型人才,因此在专业教学中融入育人工作显得十分重要。本文结合工作实践,就如何在专业教学中开展育人工作,从提升教师育人能力、加强课程思政、搭建育人平台、构建政策机制等方面作了阐述,以期为育人工作融入专业教学提供借鉴。The ideological and political construction of courses is an important way to adhere to the fundamental task of moral education in colleges.As a type of higher education,the primary task of higher vocational education is to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents,so it is important to integrate moral education with specialty teaching.Combining with the work practice,this paper expounds how to carry out moral education in specialty teaching from improving teachers’ability of educating students,strengthening ideological and political construction of courses,setting up a cultivation platform,and constructing policy mechanisms,so as to provide reference for the integration of moral education with specialty teaching.
