摘　　要：德育工作是小学班主任工作的重要组成部分。文章通过班主任在管理班级的过程中对学生进行思想道德建设的论述,说明只有充分发挥班主任对小学生进行品德教育的重要作用,才能促使小学生身心健康发展,为将来的学习、生活打下坚实基础。Moral education is an important part in the work of a head techer in primary schools.It is thought that only when the function of the moral education to the students is fully exerted by the head teachers can a solid foundation in their healthy life be laid in primary schools.The teachers should merge the moral ideas into the different procedures of education when administrating their class so as to develop the moral quality of the students and help them grow up healthy and sound in all respects so that a solid foundations for their future learning and life will be laid.
