摘 要:产教融合是新时代社会经济发展的必由之路,是当前职业教育改革发展的重要任务。本文从产教融合利益相关者(政府行业学校企业社会)视域,从更有效地促进人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧结构要素全方位融合入手,系统构建了“主体联合、文化契合、队伍结合、知识聚合、流程整合”的产教融合“五维一体”路径实施路径,为产教融合利益相关者开展产教融合提供范式,为新时代职业院校培养技术技能人才提供模式。The integration of producing and teaching is the road must be followed by the contemporary social economy development,is the crucial mission of the current reform of vocational education.We set out from the prospect of the benefactors(the government,industry,university,corporation,and the society)in the process of integrating of producing and teaching,broke into this process of an all-round integration from the point of stimulating more efficiently the factors relating to the supply side and industry demand side of talent education in this article,we have framed systematically a“five-dimensional integration”practical route for the integration of producing and teaching,combining“Mainstay united,culture fitted,team combined,knowledge aggregated,process integrated”,and have set a paradigm of how to start the integration of producing and teaching for its relative benefactors,have exemplified a model of cultivating skilled and professional talents for the vocational faculties of the new era.
