摘 要:日本修学旅行迄今已有上百年的历史,是学校体系的有益一环。日本中小学修学旅行从最初的方案制订便贯彻以学生为本的教育理念,以“历史学习”和“体验和平”为主要活动主题,针对旅行期间的住宿、交通以及学生安全方面具有完善的法律保障,同时也获得了来自学生家长和社会的广泛支持。我国宜学习借鉴日本修学旅行的经验,认清自身在师资质量、政策体系及安全保障等方面存在的问题,加强我国研学旅行的教育意义,培养新型师资队伍,给予有力的政策支持。Japan’s study tour of has been more than 100 years old and is a useful part of the school system.The study tour of Japan's primary and middle schools is mainly based on students from the initial plan.The study tour during primary school is mainly based on experience nature.During the middle school period,the experience of different lifestyles and sentiment history is the main educational goal.Japan's study tour focuses on“historical learning”and“peace experience”.It has perfect legal guarantees for accommodation,transportation and student safety during travel,and has also received extensive support from parents and society.China should learn from the experience of Japan's study tour,recognize our own problems in the quality of teachers,policy system and security,strengthen the educational significance of China's study tour,update the faculty,and develop strong policy support.
