摘  要:文化素质教育内容开发和设置是文化素质核心环节,其适切性是指内容开发和设置与高职生需求之间的适宜程度,主要涉及内容开发、内容选择、内容组织、内容结构等。它关系到文化素质教育目标的达成,直接影响到高职生的学习积极性与效果。文化素质教育目的、参与积极性和教育实施成效成为教育内容适切性的重要特征。为全面提高文化素质教育内容适切性,教育内容必须与个人需求和社会发展需求有机结合,以此实现文化素质教育的目标。The content development and setting of cultural quality education is the core of cultural quality.Its appropriateness refers to the appropriate degree between content development and setting and the needs of higher vocational students,mainly involving content development,content selection,content organization,content structure and so on.It is related to the achievement of the goal of cultural quality education and has a direct impact on the learning enthusiasm and effect of higher vocational students.The purpose of cultural quality education,the enthusiasm of participation and the effect of educational implementation have become the important characteristics of the appropriateness of educational content.In order to improve the appropriateness of the content of cultural quality education in an all-round way,the content of education must be organically combined with the needs of individual and social development,so as to realize the goal of cultural quality education.
