摘　　要：大学英语是实践性很强的一门学科,英语的听说读写各项技能只有通过教师的教授和学习者的主动参与才能实现。鉴于我国学校英语学习条件和环境氛围的限制,课堂教学成了学生学习交流英语的主战场。本文从大学英语的教学现状进行分析,探究大学英语教学法的目的和方法,以期对大学英语的有效教学有所启示。College English is a very practical subject.Listening,speaking,reading and writing skills can only be achieved through teachers'teaching and learners'own active participation.In view of the limitations of English learning conditions and environment in Chinese schools,classroom teaching has become the main battlefield for English learning and communicating.This paper explores the purpose and methods of college English teaching methods according to the current situation of college English teaching.It’s benefit to promote the improvement of English teaching.
