摘  要:高校毕业生的实践能力差,工程思维缺乏一直为社会和人才市场所诟病,实践能力的培养和提高是高教改革的重点.CDIO工程教育模式是近年来国际工程教育改革的最新成果,基于构思,设计,实现,运行的教育理念非常适合工科专业.本文依据CDIO的能力大纲,以计算机科学与技术专业的一门核心专业课程《Java程序设计》为例,讨论了在有限的教学环境和师资条件下对课程建设及具体改革措施,以及如何提高对学生的工程思维、工程能力、合作能力,团队协作能力和沟通能力的培养.Weak practical ability and poor engineering thinking of college graduates have always received much criticism from the HR market and the society. Improvement of practical ability is crucial to the reform of higher education. CDIO engineering education model is the latest achievement of the reform of international engineering education in recent years, whose concepts, designs, goals and operation are very suitable for engineering majors. Based on the CDIO outline and the course "Java programming" which is a core course of computer program, this paper discusses the disciplinary construction and reform measures under the existing teaching conditions as well as the approaches to the training of the student’s engineering thinking ability, cooperation ability, team cooperation ability and communication ability.
