摘  要:参展商是展览会价值实现的重要主体,参展商满意度是展会项目获得长足发展的保障。根据经典理论确定评价因素集,在运用层次分析法分析参展商满意度影响因素的基础上,采用模糊综合评价法构建模型,研究测评参展商满意度水平的方法,并进行应用测评,对提高参展商满意度提出了建议。Exhibitors are an important body for exhibitions expo to achieve its value,and the degree of satisfaction from exhibitors is a significant guarantee for a sustainable development of fair projects.Based on classical theories,the paper decides the valuation factor list,and makes an analysis on the factors which affects exhibitors’satisfaction via Analytic Hierarchy Process.Then the paper builds up a model by applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods,researches on the measurement methods and conduct measurement,then in the ends makes related suggestions to improve their degree of satisfaction.
