区域提升教师现代教育技能的研究

摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展和国家教育体系改革的需要,教师素质已成为新一轮科学课程改革能否顺利实施的关键因素之一。目前大多数教师都是通过单学科模式培养出来的,与现代教育对教学技能的要求存在一定的距离。本文结合本地区实际情况,研究区域性教师现代教育技能的课程开发与应用,主要针对初中教师信息化技能的提升展开讨论。With the continuous development of society and the needs of the national education system,the teaching quality of teachers has gradually become one of the main factors for the smooth implementation of the new round of science curriculum reform.As far as the current teaching situation of teachers is concerned,most teachers are cultivated in the mode of a single discipline,so there is a certain distance to the requirements of modern educational skills.There are still some problems,so based on the actual situation in the region,this paper conducts research and development on the curriculum development and application research of regional teachers'modern educational skills.The discussion is mainly based on the improvement of junior high school teachers'information-based skills.
