摘　　要：社会信息化技术日益更新,"互联网+"思维的新时代社会迅速发展,影响着各个领域,渗透到各个阶段的教育,老年教育发展也随之发生着深刻的变化。结合老年教育理论、自主学习理论和开放大学及老年大学发展运行实践,针对当前老年教育存在的问题,探索基于FIO(Five-in-one)模式老年教育的运行实践,从办学理念与办学模式、教学模式、教育资源机制等方面研究新时代老年开放大学的发展策略与路径,推进新时代社会发展背景下的老年教育事业的发展。The growing update of social information technology and rapid development of internet plus thinking in the new era have affected all fields and pervaded different stages of education, including the aged education which has also undergone profound changes. This paper, combining the theory of geriatric education, the theory of autonomous learning and the operation practice of open universities for the elderly, aiming at the problems existing in the current aged education, explores the operation practice of geriatric education based on FIO(Five-in-one) model. This paper studies the development strategies and paths of the open universities for the aged in the new era from the aspects of school-running concept and mode, teaching mode and educational resource mechanism to promote the development of education for the aged under the background of social development in the new era.
