摘 要:目的构建全日制本科护理实习生岗位胜任力评价指标,为科学评价护理教学质量提供依据。方法在文献检索、理论复习、问卷调查的基础上,确定全日制本科护理实习生岗位胜任力评价指标条目池,运用德尔菲法对30名专家进行两轮专家函询,确定相应指标。结果全日制本科护理实习生岗位胜任力评价指标,由临床护理能力(18个条目)、沟通协调能力(5个条目)、评判性思维能力(5个条目)、心理特质(7个条目)及职业发展能力(6个条目)5个维度构成。两轮专家函询的专家权威系数均为0.952;积极系数均为1.00。两轮专家咨询后变异系数为0.05~0.16,协调系数为0.58和0.92,P<0.05。结论本研究制订的全日制本科护理实习生岗位胜任力评价指标,权威程度较高,结果可信,可操作性强,可为科学评价护理教学质量提供依据。Objective To construct a competency evaluation indexes for full-time undergraduate nursing interns so as to provide a basis for scientific evaluation of teaching quality.Method Through literature review,theoretical review and questionnaire survey,a item pool of competency evaluation index for full-time undergraduate nursing interns was determined,and two rounds of expert inquiries were conducted among 30 specialists by Delphi method to determine the corresponding indicators.Results The competency evaluation index for full-time undergraduate nursing interns was constructed,composed of clinical nursing competence(18 items),communication and coordination ability(5 items),critical thinking ability(5 items),psychological traits(7 items)and career development ability(6 items).The authoritative coefficient of experts in the two rounds of expert inquiries was 0.952,with a high degree of authority and credibility.The positive coefficient was 1.00,and the positive coefficient was high as well.After two rounds of expert consultation,the coefficient of variation was 0.05~0.16,and the coefficients of coordination were 0.58 and 0.92(P<0.05).Conclusion The competency evaluation index for full-time undergraduate nursing interns developed in this study is highly operable,which provides a basis for scientific evaluation of teaching quality and achieves continuous improvement of teaching quality based on data.
