摘  要:全面依法治国思想是党的创新性重大理论成果,贯穿于高校思政课教材教学体系。基于高校思政课全面依法治国思想教学的政治性、思想性与法学专业性共融特征,要求教师具备丰富跨学科知识与高超教学艺术,这给实际教学运行效果带来不小挑战。如何应对这种挑战,以增强思政课守正创新突出强调的实效性,须认真贯彻落实习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上的重要讲话精神,把握好全面依法治国思想教学基本功能、教材法治知识重难点、法治自信教育、教师队伍业务关、小课堂与社会大课堂融合等几个关键着力点。The thought of coomprehensively promoting law-based governance of China is an important theoretical achievement of the Party’s innovation,which runs through the teaching system of ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities.The political,ideological and legal characteristics of the teaching of the idea of comprehensive law-based governance of China in ideological and political courses require teachers to have rich interdisciplinary knowledge and excellent teaching art,which brings great challenges to the actual teaching effect.To enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political courses teaching,we must conscientiously carry out the principles of the important speech by general secretary Xi Jinping at the forum of teachers of ideological and political theory courses,effectively deal with the basic skills of the overall ideological and political education in accordance with law-based governance,the difficult points in teaching and learning of law-based governance,self-confidence education under the rule of law,the professionalism of teachers,the integration of small classes and social classes and other key points.
