摘　　要：7.江苏卷2019年高考英语江苏卷仍延续历年的结构,没有变化。其听力部分与全国I卷相同,但分值为20分(不同于I卷的30分)。江苏省高考英语试卷的总分为120分,也不同于全国其他地方的150分。在以省、直辖市、自治区为界限的高校招生体制内,如此设置英语科目总分在招生录取的功能方面没有任何特殊意义。如果说有,似乎就是与其他地方不一样而已。Considering its function and impact,the college entrance examination occupies a unique position in our country’s education system.The quality of the test papers,therefore,is of great importance.The report analyses the structures,formats and items of the eight English test papers of the 2019 National College Entrance Examination(except Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),lists obvious errors and weak points in the papers,points out the drawback and consequence of using too many multiple-choice items,and based on these problems,offers feasible proposals for redressing the drawbacks.
