构建医学影像技术专业临床实习体系的探讨及思考

摘　　要：临床实习作为培养医学影像技术本科人才的最后环节,是实现理论与实践相结合的最重要手段,在培养医学影像技术人才中具有重要地位。医学影像技术专业是一门新兴学科,发展好医学影像技术本科教学工作,为社会培养优秀的专业人才。构建医学影像技术专业临床实习体系,有利于加强专业建设和管理,提高专业办学水平和人才培养质量。笔者结合多年的培养实习生经验,对构建医学影像技术专业临床实习体系进行了初步的探讨及思考。构建医学影像技术专业临床实习体系包括:岗前培训、临床实习导师制、专业实习轮转、小讲座及疑难技术讨论、实习中期汇报和最终考核及总结六部分。As the last link of cultivating undergraduate talents in medical imaging technology,clinical practice is the most important means to realize the combination of theory and practice,and plays an important role in cultivating medical imaging technology talents.Medical imaging technology is a new subject,it can develop good undergraduate teaching of medical imaging technology and cultivate outstanding professionals for the society.Constructing a clinical practice system for medical imaging technology is conducive to strengthening professional construction and management,and improving the level of professional education and the quality of personnel training.Combining the experience of training interns for many years,the author has carried out preliminary discussions and thoughts on the construction of clinical practice system for medical imaging technology.We construct a clinical practice system for medical imaging technology specialty,including pre-job training,tutorial system for clinical interns,professional internship rotation,mini-lectures and difficult technical discussions,internship interim report and final assessment and summarize.
