摘　　要：文章通过对4所师范类国家级示范教师发展中心工作的目标、内容、结果、特色的梳理,了解教师发展服务支持的四个疑问、四个转变,以及提出师范院校如何更好地为教师发展提供服务支持的四个创新。By combining of the objectives,contents,results and characteristics of the work of the four national model teacher development centers,the four questions and four changes of teacher development service support are learned,and four innovations are put forward to better support the teachers’development for normal colleges.
