摘  要:针对工业中一类二阶不稳定时滞过程,提出了一种改进的二自由度Smith预估控制方法。分别采用直接综合法和内模控制方法设计了设定值跟踪控制器和干扰抑制控制器,实现了设定值跟踪与干扰抑制的完全解耦,并通过增设设定值滤波器进一步改善了系统的设定值跟踪特性,从而使系统同时具有的良好的动态特性和鲁棒性。理论分析和仿真实验验证了本文方法的有效性和优越性。An improved two-degree-of-freedom( 2 DOF) Smith predictive control method is proposed for a class of second-order unstable time-delay processes in industry. The set-point tracking controller and the disturbance rejection controller are designed by direct synthesis method and internal model control( IMC) method respectively,which realizes complete decoupling of set-point tracking and disturbance rejection. Furthermore,to further improve the set-point tracking performance of system,a set-point filter is put up. Therefore,the system has good dynamic performance and robustness at the same time. Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
