摘 要:学校德育工作中存在的德育内容零散、德育资源匮乏、德育实施方式单一等问题严重影响了德育工作的实效,也不利于学生品格的提升。学校可以通过加强物型德育资源的开发,发挥隐性德育课程的育人功能;加强校外德育基地建设,形成学校—家庭—社会协同育人的机制;加强德育活动课程资源建设,发挥德育主渠道作用。在实施过程中,要聚焦学生"健康自主、协同创新、责任担当"的三原色品格,着力三原色德育资源的有力开发、有机整合和有效利用。There exist some problems with school moral education such as fragmental moral educational contents,scarce moral educational resources,and monotonous methods of moral educational implementation,which has a serious effect on the efficiency of moral education.It is not conducive to students’character improvement.To solve the above problems,schools may strengthen the development of material resources of moral education to express the educational function of implicit moral courses.Schools may enhance the construction of moral educational bases off campus to form the mechanism of school-family-society collaboration.Meanwhile,schools may strengthen the construction of moral educational activity courses to realize the major role of moral education.The process of implementation should focus on the three original characters of health autonomy,collaborative innovation,and responsibility undertaking.
