试论高校主体间性思想政治教育

摘　　要：明者因时而变,知者随事而制。在新时代,我国传统的单子式主体性思想政治教育模式的弊端愈发显露。相反,应时代变化,立时代潮头的主体间性思想政治教育模式完美地弥补了传统思想政治教育模式的诸多弊端。高校实施主体间性思想政治教育模式对于促进当代思想政治教育工作的开展有着充分的必要性和可行性。高校应该优化网络堡垒的育人功能建设,引导师生树立“双主体”教育理念,打造实现“三全育人”方案的思想政治教育工作队伍,以此来践行主体间性思想政治教育模式,促进思想政治教育工作有效开展。On account of the significance of inter-subjective ideological and political education in the colleges and universities,an overall education mechanism should be established accordingly,which helps carry out the efficient implementation of ideological and political education.
