摘  要:产教融合是西藏职业教育改革发展的必然路径,治理结构是治理体系的核心,是产教融合的机制保障,基于西藏经济社会发展的需要、行业企业发展的需要以及职业教育发展的内在需求,在"放管服"理论的指导下,从立法规范、制度保障、校企融合发展、利益协调机制等维度构建西藏职业教育产教融合的治理结构。The integration between industry and education is the inevitable path of the reform and development of Tibet’s vocational education.The governance structure is the core of the governance system.The mechanism guarantee of the integration is based on the needs of Tibet’s economic and social development,the needs of industry and enterprise development and the internal needs of the development of vocational education.Under the guidance of the theory of Release,Management and Service,the governance structure of the integration between industry and education in Tibetan vocational education is constructed from the legislative norms,system guarantee,the development of integration between school and enterprise,and interest coordination.
