摘 要:目的探究PBL教学联合模拟教学在血液科实习中的应用。方法选取2017年6月-2018年3月我院血液科实习生90例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。对照组采用PBL教学,观察组在此基础上联合模拟教学。比较2组实习生对教学方式的评价及综合考试成绩。结果观察组实习生对教学方法满意度、临床实践能力、学习兴趣均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组实习生综合成绩高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 PBL教学联合模拟教学更有效的提高了血液科实习生对教学方式的满意度,提升了他们自身的临床实践能力、增加了他们对学习的兴趣,使他们的综合成绩得到了显著提高。Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching combined with simulation teaching in hematology practice. Methods 90 hematological interns from June 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into control group(n=45) and observation group(n=45) according to random number table method. The control group was taught by PBL, while the observation group was taught by simulation. To compare the evaluation of teaching methods and comprehensive test scores of two groups of interns. Results The satisfaction of teaching methods, clinical practice ability and learning interest of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the comprehensive scores of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion PBL teaching combined with simulation teaching has more effectively improved the hematology interns’ satisfaction with teaching methods, enhanced their own clinical practice ability, increased their interest in learning, and made their comprehensive results significantly improved.
