学历社会中的基础教育评价改革——日本学校“第三者评价”的引入

摘  要:日本是最早进入学历社会的国家,日本学历社会中,教育重视学校选拔的功能,个人的学历与就业、工资报酬、社会地位紧密相连,此时的基础教育显现出了一系列教育问题。为了改善这些问题,日本文部科学省在基础教育评价改革中引入了学校“第三者评价”,期望加强基础教育的监督机制,完善已有的基础教育评价。目前,我国也正处于学历社会时期,了解日本基础教育评价的改革举措,理解日本学校“第三者评价”的意义及功能,可以更有效地促进我国基础教育评价的完善。Japan is the first country to enter the education society.In the education society,education attaches great importance to the function of school selection,and individual education is closely related to employment,wage remuneration and social status.As a result,a series of educational problems have emerged in the elementary education.In order to improve these problems,the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology of Japan introduced"third party evaluation"to school in the reform of elementary education evaluation,hoping to strengthen the supervision mechanism of elementary education and improve the existing elementary education evaluation.At present,China is also in the period of education society.Knowing the reform measures of Japanese elementary education evaluation and understanding the meaning and function of“third party evaluation”to Japanese school can more effectively promote the improvement of Chinese elementary education evaluation.
