摘　　要：通过校企联合培养模式下的高职现代学徒制研究,构建一套高职院校现代学徒制人才培养体系,阐述了模具专业现代学徒制试点班的实施与研究过程,经过2年的实践研究取得了明显成效,为高素质劳动者和技术技能人才培养提供制度和体制保障,一定程度上丰富了职业教育相关理论、人力资源理论以及产业经济理论。Through the research on the modern apprenticeship system of higher vocational colleges under the mode of school-enterprise joint training, a set of personnel training system of modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges was constructed. It elaborated the implementation and the research process for die & mould professional modern apprenticeship pilot class, and achieved obvious results after two years of practical research. It could provide the system and mechanism guarantee for the highly qualified workers and technical personnel. To some extent, it enrich the vocational education theories, human resources theories and industrial economic theories.
