摘 要:当前,我国经济发展正值新、旧动能转换的关键时期,供给侧改革、制造业转型升级对高质量人力资源提出迫切要求,时代呼唤“大国工匠”和“工匠精神”,高技能人才队伍建设因此成为各方关注焦点.联系当前实际,在详细梳理近年来相关领域前沿研究的基础上,依托胜任力理论,针对企业高技能人才绩效考核的问题,构建高技能人才胜任力模型.尤其是在互联网、人工智能技术背景下,对高技能人才胜任力模型进行了拓展研究,并提出了相关对策建议.At present,China's economic development is in the critical period of the transformation.Supply-side reform and manufacturing transformation put forward urgent demands for high-quality human resources.The construction of high-skilled talents has become the focus.Based on the current reality,the frontier research in relevant fields in recent years was combed.Relying on competency theory,aiming at the problem of performance appraisal of high skilled talents in enterprises,the competency model of high skilled talents was constructed.Especially under the background of Internet and artificial intelligence technology,the performance appraisal index system of high-skilled talents has been expanded,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward.
