基于新冠肺炎疫情防控的高职在线教学实践与思考

摘　　要：受新冠肺炎疫情影响,各地各校因地制宜积极组织开展在线教学。近期高职在线教学的实践,充分体现出其在推动高职线上教学资源共享、教学模式创新、教师教学能力提升、学生学习体验拓展等方面应有的价值。同时,针对高职在线教学实践中出现的问题,教学管理者需要在对其进行再认识的基础上,就如何进一步开展教学资源建设、教学模式改革、教学质量评价、有效激励等方面进行深入思考。Affected by the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia,local schools and colleges actively organize online teaching according to local conditions.The recent practice of online teaching in higher vocational colleges fully reflects its value in promoting the sharing of online teaching resources,the innovation of teaching mode,the improvement of teachers’teaching ability and the expansion of students’learning experience.At the same time,in view of the problems in the practice of online teaching in higher vocational colleges,teaching managers need to think deeply about the further construction of teaching resources,the reform of teaching mode,the evaluation of teaching quality and the effective encouragement on the basis of re-understanding them.
