师范生说课技能训练存在的问题及对策

摘  要:师范生说课技能训练是说课指导教师以科学的方式对师范生说课中所阐述的教学设计及其理论依据进行点评分析并督促改进的引导活动。无论从政策规定还是实践诉求,师范生说课技能指导都是必要的。结合文献梳理及自身说课技能指导实践,发现师范生说课技能训练存在教材、学情分析技能弱,目标、方法表述技能欠缺,重难点确定技能较弱,过程设计技能和说理技能有待提升等问题。从深化理论学习以夯实说课基础,规范说课程序以培育说课素养,加强实践练习以提升说课技能三方面提出应对策略。Skill training of explaining the instructional design and its intention for normal school students is a kind of instructing activity,in which the instructional design and its theoretical basis are appraised,analyzed and monitored improvement by instructor in a scientific way.It is essential for skill training of normal school students whether from the policy stipulation or the practice demand.In this paper,seven related problems in skill training of explaining the instructional design and its intent are put forward,based on literature review and my own instructing practice.It is weak of analysis skills of instructional materials and students’learning situations for normal school students.Their expression skills of the instructional goal and method are deficient.It is weak of their identify skills of the instructional difficult point and instructional emphasis.The instructional process design and skills of explaining its intent need to be improved,and so on.This paper puts forward three coping strategies.Firstly,normal school students need to deepen the study of theory and tamp the foundation of explaining the instructional design and its intent.Secondly,normal school students need to standardize the process of explaining the instructional design and its intent and cultivate the quality of this aspect.And finally,normal school students need to strengthen practice of explaining the instructional design and its intent and improve skills of this aspect.
