摘 要:情绪觉察作为情绪智力的基础,指的是“识别与描述自己和他人情绪的能力”,其对个体的身心健康和人际关系具有重要意义。为考察具有教师职业特色的教师情绪觉察概念的结构,从而为教师情绪觉察进一步研究提供依据,在对新手、熟手和专家三个不同发展阶段的92名教师进行访谈的基础上,运用扎根理论这一质性研究方法,通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码后发现:(1)新手-熟手-专家型教师情绪觉察的主范畴高度一致,均包括觉察自己、觉察学生和觉察人际三个方面;(2)新手-熟手-专家型教师情绪觉察的子范畴上存在一定差异,专家型教师在觉察学生方面比新手和熟手教师多了“作业表现”这一子范畴,并且新手-熟手-专家型教师在7个相同子范畴的支撑节点上存在权重上的差异。Emotional awareness,as a fundamental skill for emotional intelligence,refers to the ability to recognize and describe one’s own and others’emotions.This kind of ability is important to the individual mental health and interpersonal interaction.To explore the dimensions of the teachers’emotional awareness for the further study of teachers’emotional awareness,92 teachers of three different levels of Novice,Proficient and Expert were interviewed and analyzed based on the grounded theory.Through open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,this research has showed two major findings:1)the main categories of teachers’emotional awareness from three levels are highly consistent,which all include awareness of self-emotions,students’emotions and interpersonal emotions;2)there are also certain differences in the sub-categories,which means that the expert teacher has one more sub-category of“academic performance”than the novice and proficient teachers,and there exist differences in the weight on the supporting nodes of the seven same sub-categories of the teachers’emotional awareness from all three levels.
