摘  要:成果导向教育是一种以学生的学习成果为导向的教育,认为教学设计和教学实施的目标是学生通过教育过程最后所取得的学习成果。成果导向教学模式的应用,突出体现了素质教育和以就业为导向的培养目标,在发挥学生主体作用、贴近岗位实际需要、学生综合职业能力提高等方面效果显著。Results-oriented education is a kind of education oriented to students’learning outcomes,and believes that the goal of instructional design and teaching implementation is the learning outcomes that students finally obtain through the education process.The application of the results-oriented teaching model highlights the quality-oriented education and employment-oriented training goals,and has significant effects in giving play to the role of students,close to the actual needs of the post,and improving students’comprehensive professional ability.
