摘  要:“民生在勤,勤则不匮。”劳动是社会发展的活水源头,社会的一切进步都离不开劳动。新时代背景下,深化劳动育人已成为高等职业教育工作面临的新课题。本文从阐述劳动教育的内涵及意义入手,在分析当前大学生劳动教育存在问题的基础上,提出高校应不断调整和发展劳动教育的内涵与途径,将培养人的劳动素养放在首位,要着眼时代新要求,进一步完善制度体系,要立足学生新特点,推行“1(一把手工程)+1(第一课堂)+X(第一课堂以外的各个途径)+Y(营造氛围)”的劳动育人模式。“If the people are busy with their livelihood,they will not be diligent.”Labor is the source of social development,and all social progress is inseparable from labor.In the new era,deepening labor education has become a new issue for higher vocational education.This paper starts with expounding the connotation and significance of labor education,and on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of current college students’labor education,puts forward that colleges and universities should constantly adjust and develop the connotation and ways of labor education,and put the cultivation of people’s labor literacy in the first place.We should focus on the new requirements of the times,further improve the system,and be based on the new characteristics of students.Carry out the labor education mode of“1(top leader project)+1(first classroom)+X(all ways other than the first classroom)+Y(creating atmosphere)”.
