摘　　要：采用叙述性综述方法,在对家族企业创新理论进行阐述的基础上,进一步围绕家族企业创新的前因、调节和结果变量,提出了一个系统的整合框架,将家族企业创新各变量概括其中并对其相互关系进行剖析。主要贡献有:一是通过建立一个系统的整合框架,丰富了家族企业创新研究;二是通过对家族企业创新领域文献的梳理,厘清了家族企业创新研究的发展脉络,为后续家族企业创新研究奠定了基础。Based on the theory of family enterprise innovation,this paper puts forward a systematic framework of integration,summarizes the variables of family enterprise innovation and analyzes their relationship. The main contributions of this paper are as follows: first,it enriches the research on family enterprise innovation by establishing a systematic integration framework;Second,through combing the literature in the field of family enterprise innovation,it clarifies the development vein of family enterprise innovation research and lays a foundation for the subsequent research on family enterprise innovation.
