摘  要:英语学科核心素养是党的教育方针在英语学科教育中的具体化和细化,是基础教育英语课程改革的主基调。中小学英语教师的职前培养不仅需要完成培养未来优秀英语教师的职责与使命,更要回应核心素养背景下中小学英语教育的改革与发展。然而,传统的英语教师职前培养依然存在着需求导向与学科专业发展的不相适应,学科融合与专业兼顾的顾此失彼,师资队伍与专业平台建设的封闭单一,以及课程教学改革的倒逼现象等问题。中小学英语教师职前培养需要突破瓶颈、寻求变革,以英语学科素养为本,注重选拔与培养的双管齐下;以教育专业素养为重,强调分阶段兼顾与协同创新;以师资队伍建设为要,谋求教学、研究与培训的有机结合;以课程教学改革为先,实现教与学的方式转变。The core competence of English discipline is the specification and refinement of the Party’s educational policy in English language education. Also it is the major basis for English curriculum reformation of basic education. The pre-service education for secondary and primary English teachers not only needs to accomplish the responsibility and mission of cultivating future excellent English teachers,but also responds to the reformation and development of senior and primary English education. However,there is still maladaptation between demand orientation and discipline and specialty development,the imbalanced condition of discipline integration and due consideration to specialty,simplified construction of teaching staff and specialty platform,and inversion of curriculum and instruction reform for traditional pre-service education of English teachers. The pre-service education for primary and secondary English teachers needs to overcome the obstacles and seek reformation and simultaneously pays attention to selection and cultivation based on the core competence of English discipline;highlights the stage division and collaborative innovation by emphasizing educational profession competence;quests for organic integration among teaching,research and training by paying attention to the construction of teaching staff;realizes the transformation of teaching and learning method by reforming curriculum and instruction first.
