核心素养下“先学后教”的小组合作学习研究

摘　　要：小组合作学习是一种重要的学习方式,对激发学习兴趣、培养合作能力、提高教学成绩都有着无可替代的作用。但目前的小学合作学习存在形式化、低效化和教师主导不足等问题。因此,要从加强时间管理、教授合作方法、精选探究内容和建立评价机制入手,提高小组合作学习效率。As an important way of learning,group cooperative learning plays an irreplaceable role in stimulating learning interest,cultivating cooperative ability,and improving teaching performance.But there are some problems in the current cooperative learning in primary schools,such as formality,inefficiency and insufficient teacher leadership.Therefore,we can improve the efficiency of group cooperative learning by strengthening time management,cooperating with students,selecting inquiry content and establishing an evaluation mechanism.
